SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
DEPOSIT: Jumping Great Fun. Com requires a 50% deposit on all of our Affordable line of inflatable jump houses and slides at the time that they are ordered. Payment in full must be received before the item(s) is shipped. As soon as payment has been verified, the item will be shipped immediately.
DEPOSIT: Jumping Great Fun.Com requires a $500 deposit on all of our Creative line of inflatable jump houses and slides at the time that they are ordered. Payment in full must be received before the item(s) is shipped. As soon as payment is verified, the item(s) will be shipped immediately.
SALES TAX: All sales are subject to local, state, and federal taxes.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars in one of four ways:
Pay-Pal
Cash
Debit or Credit Card
Check or Money Order
Make all checks and money orders payable to: Jumping Great Fun.Com
Jumping Great Fun.Com sales are final unless there is prior written agreement.
CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancelled order, Jumping Great Fun.Com will retain $25 for all jump houses and inflatable slides from our Affordable line of products. The remaining money deposited will be cheerfully refunded.
In the event of a cancelled order, Jumping Great Fun.Com will retain50% ($250) of the $500 deposit for all jump houses and inflatable slides from our Creative line of products. The remaining money deposited will be cheerfully refunded.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION: The Buyer has five (5) days from the delivery date to inspect and report any defects. Jumping Great Fun.Com will replace any defected item(s). Jumping Great Fun.Com is not responsible for any damage during the shipment. Any claims outside of the five (5) day inspection period will not be accepted.
WARRANTY: Jumping Great Fun.Com will provide a two (2) year warranty on all jump houses and inflatable slides. The motor blowers have a one (1) year warranty.
SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are not part of your purchase price. If five (5) or more inflatables are purchased, then shipping will be paid for by Jumping Great Fun.Com. We do have special lower rates on shipping, so it is to your advantage to go through us to ship your items. Our Affordable line of inflatables will be coming from the state of Georgia. Our Creative line of inflatables will be coming from the state of California. When it is known what is your shipping destination, then we can figure what your shipping costs will be.
Jumping Great Fun.Com shall ship the item(s) to the specified location given by the Buyer. Jumping Great Fun.Com does not provide shipping insurance and is not responsible for any damage during shipment. The Buyer may purchase shipping insurance through Jumping Great Fun.Com as third party, from the shipping company, if the shipping company provides the service.
SIZE DISCLAIMER: Jumping Great Fun.Com asks the Buyer to understand that due to the flexible material that is used and being inflated, it is impossible to define exact measurements of the jumpers. All the dimensions stated in the price lists are approximate, and variations will also occur. However, you'll still have Great Fun!
INSURANCE:
Jumping Great Fun.Com does not provide insurance on the inflatables themselves, nor does the company provide liability insurance on the children jumping on them. However, if a buyer or rental company would want to purchase liability insurance for the children jumping on the inflatables, below is a list of companies who offer liability insurance. You may contact them.
